If your certification became invalid during our absence (Between 12/01/2017 and 03/11/2019): Please submit a complete Certification Renewal Application (CATC I, II, III, IV, V) with the required 40 CEUs. CEUs with this renewal cannot have been used in a previous renewal. Renewal fee is not required, (this fee waiver ends on 07/01/2019, no fee waivers will be granted after this date). You will be renewed for two years and you will be issued a new certificate valid from the date your application was received.
