Hours of Operation: Monday through Thursday – 9:00am to 3:00pm. ACCBC staff work remotely and are not on location at our office. Hours of Operation are for email communication only. Although staff do often work beyond these days and times, we cannot guarantee a prompt response outside of the posted windows.
Telephone Hours: We have dedicated phone hours on Tuesdays and Thursday from 10 am to 2 pm. We cannot always answer the phone at these times, as we may be on another call with another counselor. If you are unable to reach us after the first attempt, please leave a voicemail, and we will return your call. If you have a specific window you would like to schedule a phone call, please email us and let us know when you would like a call, the number where you can be reached, and the nature of the call so the appropriate staff member is available to address your needs.
