Individual Registration Renewal (pre-06.30.2024) This form is only valid for use by individuals who originally registered with CAADE prior to July 1 2024 and have not attended an AOD counseling education school After July 1, 2024, all NEW registrants must demonstrate active progress or completion of the required AOD counseling education for both initial and renewal registration. Individual Registration Renewal applies to individuals who have never attended nor completed an Alcohol and Other Drug Studies/Addiction Studies (AOD/ADS) education at an approved college; and will be certifying through the Education Equivalency process with the Addiction Counselor Certification Board of California (ACCBC); and need to renew registration.
